How to view tasks
Log in to the self-service portal
In the window that opens, press "Requests" and select "Created by me"
3. In the next window, you can select tasks based on their status, type, or text search
4. In the window that opens, you will see the detailed details of the task
You can write a comment to an IT specialist
You can respond to a comment from an IT specialist
If you didn't want to create a task, click Cancel request
If you want to interrupt the task solution click on "Cancel request"
