Waiting for support – waiting for IT help
Waiting for customer – waiting for a customer's response
In-Progress – the task is being resolved
Pending – awaiting the decision of the third party
Resolved – Task task solved
Closed – Task task closed
How to view tasks
Log in totheself-service portal
In the window that opens, press "Requests" and select "Created by me"
